    I had problems being able to get an emergency prescription from my local pharmacy and called in at this branch. A very, VERY helpful young lady at the Prescription counter said they didn't have the medication (eye drops) and went to the trouble of phoning a local pharmacy to check if it was I stock which it was and she gave the pharmacist my NHS number and said I would be there in a short while to collect the eye drops.I am so impressed with her customer service

    Located in Gallions Reach, plenty of free parking. A good size branch with all health and wellbeing needs catered for. From creams, perfumes, medicines, sandwiches, dental items, shaving machines to makeup products.Clean, well layed out, spacious store which is easy to navigate.     Had an awful experience at this Boots. Soon as I came into the shop the security man (old Asian guy) started looking at me funny. Then I noticed that every isle I went to he followed me as if I was stealing. It was honestly embarrassing because out of all people he targeted me - a black woman. The guy is racist and completely unprofessional. He made me feel so uncomfortable and sad because he made me feel like I was doing something wrong - following me around whole shop and then going where I went . Will never come this boots again . My day ruined.
